Refund Policy

At 3 Flow Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness services and respecting the time and energy dedicated to each client appointment.

Please review the following Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or booking services.

1. Session Purchases

​

All Spinal Flow sessions, wellness appointments, and services are non-refundable once purchased unless otherwise required by law.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • results are not guaranteed,

  • wellness experiences vary from person to person,

  • participation is voluntary.

  • ​

2. Packages & Memberships

Packages, bundles, memberships, and multi-session programs are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Unused sessions:

  • may not be exchanged for cash,

  • may expire according to the package terms,

  • may not be shared without prior approval.

If 3 Flow Wellness must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergency, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:

  • a rescheduled appointment,

  • account credit, or

  • a refund where appropriate.

​

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of 3 Flow Wellness.

Approval of any exception does not create an obligation for future refunds.
