Welcome to 3 Flow Wellness (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, attending, or participating in Spinal Flow sessions, wellness services, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
 

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of this website and services.
 

1. Wellness Services Disclaimer

3 Flow Wellness provides Spinal Flow sessions and wellness-related services intended to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing.

Our services are holistic and wellness-focused in nature and are not medical treatment, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, psychological therapy, or healthcare services.
 

Spinal Flow sessions are not intended to:

  • diagnose medical conditions,

  • prescribe treatment,

  • cure disease,

  • replace medical advice, or

  • substitute professional healthcare.
     

You acknowledge that:

  • participation is voluntary,

  • results vary from person to person,

  • no guarantees are made regarding outcomes or improvements.
     

You should consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns or conditions before participating.
 

2. Assumption of Risk

By participating in sessions or services, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with wellness practices and body-based work.

You agree that:

  • you are responsible for monitoring your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing,

  • you will disclose relevant health information that may affect participation,

  • you may stop a session at any time.
     

3 Flow Wellness is not responsible for injuries, reactions, discomfort, emotional responses, or outcomes arising from participation.

3. No Medical Advice

Information shared through:

  • sessions,

  • consultations,

  • website content,

  • social media,

  • emails,

  • workshops, or

  • educational materials

is for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice.

Always seek guidance from a licensed healthcare professional regarding medical conditions or treatment decisions.

Personal information shared during sessions will be handled with care and will not be disclosed except:

  • where required by law,

  • where safety concerns arise, or

  • with your written consent.

 Wellness and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Flow Wellness and its practitioners shall not be liable for any:

  • injuries,

  • losses,

  • damages,

  • emotional distress,

  • health outcomes, or

  • claims

arising from participation in sessions, use of the website, or reliance on information provided.

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any disputes arising from use of this website or services shall be handled within Alberta, Canada.
 

12. Changes to Terms

3 Flow Wellness reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted on this website with the revised effective date.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
